Upkeep first, repairs when it is not enough
Sub-Zero Repair Issaquah is an independent service for built-in Sub-Zero refrigeration in Issaquah. This site is written as an owner's handbook, because a clean condenser and a clear grille prevent more trouble than any visit fixes.
What we work on
Built-in Sub-Zero refrigerators, freezers, ice makers and wine storage: full-size units, integrated columns and drawers, undercounter units and panel-ready installations. Maintenance visits, diagnosis, and the repair that follows, from a fan or a control to the sealed system.
What we leave alone
Other brands of appliance, and quotes given blind. A repair price is set once the unit has been seen, because a number guessed on the phone rarely survives the visit — and no panel comes off until you have said yes to it.
How the price is set
The service call is a flat $89 for the trip and the whole diagnosis, and it is deducted from the repair bill once you give the go-ahead.
Until the fault is found a repair can only be given as a range; after that it is one figure, agreed before work starts. The ranges for each kind of job are printed on every repair page.

The model tag read out, and what the unit is doing in your own words. Often that is enough to shortlist the likely parts, so the right ones travel with the technician.

The diagnosis
Temperatures checked against a thermometer rather than the display, the condenser, fans and defrost circuit looked at, gauges only where the readings lead there. What you hear back is the cause.

A price agreed first, then genuine parts for your model rather than a universal fit. The cabinet is brought back to its setpoint and the numbers are shown to you at the end.
